Hi Reader!
I hope that you are having a wonderful start to July. It's been hot and/or raining here but our garden is flourishing. The last week's been a bit busy with our new dog, Daisy acclimating, and now our dog Izzy will be coming home later today! I can't wait for all three dogs to meet.
On another note - while PRIDE month is typically celebrated in June here in the States - many of you know that I live in Rochester, where we get TWO months of Pride. June and July.
To celebrate: I'm extending my PRIDE Sale. I'm offering 25% off of my 6 and 12 session packages. If you have been considering 1:1 ADHD or AuDHD Coaching - now's a great time to get started. Simply book your free, no obligation discovery call today and let's chat.

Things You Might Need to Unlearn About Belonging
- If belonging requires you to hide, shrink, or pretend, it may be fitting in—not belonging.
- You don't have to earn your place by being useful all the time.
- Being accepted for your mask is not the same thing as being accepted for who you are.
- Not fitting in everywhere doesn't mean you don't belong anywhere.
- You are allowed to take up space even when you're struggling.
- Constantly monitoring yourself is not the price of admission for relationships.
- Feeling nervous in a new space doesn't automatically mean it's the wrong space.
- You can disappoint someone and still be worthy of connection.
- You don't have to abandon yourself to avoid being abandoned by others.
- It's okay if some relationships were built around a version of you that no longer fits.
- You don't have to become less of yourself to deserve connection.
- Being misunderstood by some people doesn't make you unworthy of being known.
